Something else I love about Mexico is the sunsets. This was taken from the front garden last week. Aren't the colours wonderful? I've always said Mexico is a colourful place!

Even though the rainy season is starting (well, spluttering) everywhere is still very dry. This lake is well below its normal level though is gradually refilling. It's near Santiago and has an aviary on an island in the middle. Funnily enough the island is called "Island of Birds" or maybe "Bird Island" would be better". What I do like about this time of the year is the clouds, as you can see in this photo.
